Conflict resolution is an opportunity for growth. It is suited for any situation because the clarity gained from identifying one’s interests, biases and grievances can lead to positive results and a clearer perspective. When you are given the opportunity to move past obstacles such as your emotions or preconceptions, only then you can better identify what is in your best interest and we can determine a clear path to get there.

Cost varies depending on the amount of time an individual case will take. That being said, mediation is a huge cost savings compared to the traditional litigation process.

We are happy to meet virtually or in person depending on the client's preferences, needs, and location. If travel is needed, we will discuss pricing during the planning phase.

Traditionally the parties split the cost evenly. However, it is ultimately up to the parties. It has no bearing on the mediation. Payment is accepted via major credit cards or check.

Yes, you are allowed to bring your lawyer.

The process is individualized to best suit the needs of the parties in order to ensure everyone is comfortable, enabling the best communication. 

We will begin with a consultation where we determine the best approach for each individual situation. From there, we will assess the situation to best determine what goals and desired outcome.

Even though the goal is to get the parties to work towards a mutually beneficial agreement, it is natural this can not always be the case. However, we work to help all parties take the appropriate steps to achieving their end goals.
